This little family run the Kraal, a guesthouse candlelit. No electricity here except to charge the cell phone.

JOHANNESBURG

Raymond, nearly 40, lawyer, active ANC member. One of my daddy's friend. He very kindly took three days off work to drive me around town. A wise and very righteous man ..... until he gets a ticket.

He grew up in Soweto, multicultural environmment and learned English, Zulu, Xhosa and many more African languages on block like this one.

soweto_LIFE

Family man. A wife, two kids. Like many who made it, he decided to move out to a quieter neighbourhood. What will the impact be on his kids? Will they speak as many languages growing far from melting pot Soweto?

He also took me to Pretoria to see a friend's father (Michelle). We strongly encourages him to try backpacking or at least independent travelling.
